    Table Saw Wheeled Base

I'm really in need of putting my table saw on wheels. Does anybody have a mobile base for their saw? Bought or built? How do you like it?

The ones I've seen start around $50 or 60 and go up from there. But that may not be too expensive after buying casters and other hardware to build one myself.

    Something like this:

I build all my own stuff. Why buy something for $60 that you can build in a week for $85?

If it wasn't for the last minute I wouldn't get anything done

That is so painfully true. I just built this aluminum engine stand for my LS engine. So I have a full days work, whatever argon I used, a bunch of aluminum rod, a sore back, and I probably have more in materials than I could have bought one for.

Course, mine's all aluminum, has 4 locking casters, and I built it myself. So there's the happy feeling of seeing something arise from tubes and parts.

I feel the same way, build it and paint it. That way when anyone asks, you can build them one for a price.
