    Powder coating in Roanoke, VA

Hey guys...this is only my second post because I used the search button earlier on powder coating, so i posted alot of pics on the home powder coating thread. I have been powder coating for about 3 years and ran a $40,000 line by myself so i know what i am doing when it comes to this stuff I am fairly reasonable on my prices and VERY picky on what goes out of my hands to the customer. If you guys want to check out some of my work then click on Loudin's Powder Coating in my sig and take a look at the images. I will post some images here as I get work done. At the moment, I am working on a valve pan cover for a guy that wants a silver sparkle base, candy red top coat, polished letters and all clear coated. Takes a little more time but I like what i do so that makes a big difference. I am currently limited to the size of things due to my 18" cubed oven, but as business kicks up I plan on getting a larger oven to do bigger things and possibly expand into a bigger business of custom powder coating. I am currently going to school for Mechanical Engineering so hopefully my fabrication skills will pick up....god knows I am rigging alot of things around the house that impresses people so why not go to school for it! Anyways...good to be here guys and I hope to speak with everyone at some point.

Just to give you guys a heads up....my compressor finally grunted out its last fart, and now is sitting with 80PSI left in the tank to do what orders I have left. I got Cebby's shackles done (thank god) and looks like I am a sitting duck til I come across another compressor. I'll keep you all updated if and when I get a new compressor.

JUst a little side project I was working on. everything was masked off. This would be a combo of silver sparkle, candy blue, and candy red.
