Forum Minor revamp #2

OK - a minor revamp of the categories - some consolidation to further simplify things.

Consolidation under:
WOODWORKING - now only 3 forums
METALWORKING - now only 4 forums
(maybe other changes too - I was on a roll)

If I can figure out a logical place for the jigs and fixturing, the wood and metal categories oof these *could* be combined at some point...

Added Safety Forum and General Home Renovation and Repair under the Shop/Garage Area - renamed to Home, Shop and Garage.

Thanks to Robinhood for suggesting the Safety forum and Zonk for suggesting the Home forum.

Also added the the Safety and Tool Recall Forum as the "News" feed to our front homepage.
