HAAAALLLP!!!!!! I Bought them, now what do I do with them???!?

A Phone conversation about used Lumber turned into I bought 25 roof trusses for $100.00.
Problem: Half of them are 20 footers, the other half are 21 footers. I had to buy all of them to get them all for 100 bucks.
I'm a greedy sort, I want to use all of the trusses to build the most shop possible. What would be the best way to make use of them all, and therefore provide the most shop space? I'm willing to think outside the box, here. Toss out any plausible Ideas, I'm willing to listen. L shapes, T shapes, Whatever.
I'm posting this on a few boards, just to get the most possible responses, and therefore the most Ideas. Thanks, Guys!!!!!

So the pitches are slightly different, right? Couldn't you just have a small step in your roof line? I mean - leave the building width the same (18'?) the whole way down and just have a slightly larger overhang in the front - this would create a step in the roof surface, too though.....

The "L" shaped building sounds like a good idea.

I donno. Just tossing around my intitial reaction.

    Couple questions...

1.) Did they come with engineering data? If not, a building permit MAY be tough to get, depending on your town.
2.) Are the load calculations the same? Same basic design?
3.) Same Pitch, just different widths? (If you lay them on top of each other, do they match except one is longer?)
4.) When you say 20 and 21' wide, is this based on the width at the bottom chord, or overall end to end, which includes the tails for your overhang.
5.) Have they been sitting outside long?? Haven't turned brown, I hope..
6.) Have they been laying flat, where its dry?

Pics of one on top of the other may help.

Is the slope (pitch) the same?

I would simply build the building to match the trusses. Make the building "bump out" a foot where the trusses will change. You may want to keep the wider portion to the front where most of the work will likely end up. Then you can do like MXtras said and have a slightly differnt roof line where it changes. That would be the easiest way out in my opinion.

Here's what I'd do. Place the smaller truss on the larger one. See if it will work to cut the tail on the larger one. Add necessary blocking in truss where it will sit on wall. Use plywood gussets to make it strong. If necessary to make bottom cords same add more 2X material to where it will sit on wall and hold on with plywood gussets again or build top plate up to compensate for difference. Don't make your building diffferent widths to be able to use the trusses. As a last resort cut the trusses up for studs or wall plates.

    Good luck.
