I also added a light background version. Still got some tweakin' to do...

I've been wanting add the treadplate to the background, but I couldn't figure it out (finally did)

Next will be figuring out how to make the categories look like toolbox drawers.

How about changing the color to look like polished aluminum or stainless diamond plate? Just a suggestion seriously, though. It looks great!!!

    ...or diamond studded diamond plate....

The site layout is growing on me - I still can't find some posts - like the introduction place.... I think it would be helpful to have the sub-cats listed vertically instead of horizontally - comments? I am not complaining, just trying to help tweak.

Crap - I forgot about the Intro area. I think I merged it with OT. It could definitely stand to be by itself...

I don't know how to change to a vertical arrangement for the subforums since that feature is hard coded into the program. If you come across a site that has that, post the link and I'll ask the owner how they did it. I'll look on the vBulletin support site also. FWIW, I've never one that way.

I had it lighter, but it was too much contrast with everything else going on. I'll spend a little more time on it later tonight to see if I can get the right effect.

I like the scheme - it has a nice look.

I think the intro section should be easier to locate. Constructive criticism - not a complaint by any means.

I still don't know what I did with it. Might be one of those mysteries like Sasquatch or Ol' Nessie. I'm leavving breadcrumbs next time.
