    A band saw will allow you to make a stop so if you are cutting the same length it will be much faster then cutting and measuring before you cut again...also you can walk away and do other thing...

    Radiant oil filled electric heaters work nice and play well with fumes etc....

    If I have said it once I have said it a 1,000 times the HH187 is tops in the 180 amp MIG class..... I personally have the HH210 as I wanted the SG well and also I wanted the new big boy toy :).......

    I'd get a stainless steel wire cup brush for a grinder and clean them up that way....then if you want them to shine wet sand them with some 180 then 320 and finish them up with a polish or some zoop...
