    These shots are for AZPreRunner:

These the the two sides of the manifold between my pump and reservoir.

Mine isn't leaking at any of these ports - does yours look the same?

Re: WRITEUP: Cebby's JD2 Model 3 Hydro Bender Conversion

Been reading in this forum for a few days now. Love all your guys work. Like how everyone brainstorms together. Well as the first post here i need some help deciding on a pump. I have jd2 bender and the metal i need to go off of cebby's plans. Got a cylinder, 4 way valve and a motor. Brand new electric 1 hp Baldor motor spins at 1725 rpm thats been waiting for a project. Just need to know which gear pump to get if that is even the right pump i should get. I found #10564 at northern tool 95% efficient. figured with the slower rpm of my motor it should turn that one okay.

I don't know enough about pumps/motors to help - that's why I bought the whole unit instead.

How about a pic of your motor (output), so we can try to piece something together for you.

    Fixed your post.

I went and found the pic of my motor specs. It's 1hp, but spins nearly twice as fast as yours.

So i should get a pump that puts out twice as fast? Thats what i am thinking. Also not that its a problem for me but i like your design over JAY k's. But the northern cylinders ports won't work how you have yours.

Actually, the more I look at that diagram, I think the 3450rpm must be if wired for high voltage. So I'm running 2850rpm it appears.
