Some smoking deals on used machines

Been watching this site for a while and thought you all might appreciate it also. A lot of the equipment is 3 ph but there are some 1 ph mixed in. There are alot of different ways to search and this is just a link to the metal working portion.

I have a buddy that has recently bought two HUGE pieces of equipment off that site.

I can not for the life of me understand what compells the US government to store machinery outside, unprotected for 20 years and then try to sell it.... ?
